A review of socialized healthcare programs in Canada, the UK and Europe reveals that Sarah Palin's "death panels" were no exaggeration: Government bureaucrats in those countries routinely deny healthcare based on abstract determinations of "quality of life," rather than of medical necessity.

CANADIAN SYSTEM "IMPLODING": In August, while President Obama was praising Canada's universal healthcare system, the incoming president of the Canadian Medical Association admitted her country's healthcare system is "sick" and doctors need to develop a plan to cure it. "We all agree that the system is imploding," Dr. Anne Doig said in an interview with The Canadian Press. "We all agree that things are more precarious than perhaps Canadians realize."

15,000 ELDERLY DIE IN FRANCE: In France, the expensive state-run healthcare system is stretched so thin that in 2003, during a summer heat wave, more than 15,000 elderly patients died because they were turned away by French hospitals while their physicians were on vacation. Ironically enough, French citizens who have been in America admit America has the best medicines, the best medical equipment and the shortest waiting lists of any nation.

Well the health care bill passed one more hurdle. Lets hope that it falls on its trillion dollar face. What do these people think? Where is the money going to come from. Some other stupid tax like soda or gum. How is this going to be supported over the long haul? More stupid tax like oxygen fees or water fees. What ever we need more thats what they will get their hands into. Oh lets not forget they have their own health care well above what they offer for us.
